Dispatch Policy


• We ship to all of Chile. Shipments are made through the
company Yo Lo Entrego (http://www.yoloentrego.cl). Only the
exact address and cell phone number must be entered on our website, at the time of
making the purchase. The delivery information will be sent in a
text message to the number entered, once the purchase has been completed and another
message, when the order has been received by the User or delivered to the
address indicated, with all the Covid19 protocol rules.


• The delivery time is from 24 to 48 hours. within the Metropolitan Region
and 3 to 5 business days, to the rest of the country.

• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., these can beto be handed over to third parties (relatives or concierges).

• It is the customer's responsibility to send a valid address that ensures the
correct receipt of the order, at the delivery time.

Delays may be caused by: Absence of the client at the time of delivery.
Incorrect registration information.
The refusal of the client to accept the shipment and the change of address.

Any of these cases are the responsibility of the client, who will have to pay
again to coordinate the forwarding.

• In the delivery and dispatch process, two delivery attempts are made to the
address registered on our website; If no one is there on the second attempt,
the order is returned to the sender and we will contact you to provide an effective and quick solution


Shipping costs are fixed for each region. The cost will be shown at the time
of entering the shipping address and before paying.
