Returns & Exchanges

If the purchased product does not satisfy the User, the User may exchange or return it within a period of up to 30 days after the date it was received.

In order to make the return or exchange, it is necessary that the product is unused, with all its accessories and original packaging or packaging. For the change or refund, the bill, shipping guide, exchange ticket, or any other proof of having made the purchase must be presented.

In the event of a refund, BEENAT will make a credit to the payment method used by the User, within a period of no more than 48 hours, after the refund has been approved, which will be duly informed to the User through the email that you have provided, or through some other additional means of communication.

Legal Guarantees.

In the event that the product does not have the reported or advertised characteristics or if it has any type of damage, it can be exchanged immediately. If it presents faults or defects within the 1st month from the date of receipt, the User can opt for its free repair or, after restitution, its exchange or the refund of the price paid, provided that the damages or deterioration had not been the fault of the User.
